How do I report an item of lost property?
If you have left an item one of the Flyer buses, the best way to recover it is to complete the First Bus contact form: https://www.firstbus.co.uk/help-support/help-and-support#form-scrollto.

Can I use my All England Concessionary Travel Pass?
English national concessionary bus passes are not accepted for free travel to and from Bristol Airport. They can be used for free travel elsewhere on the route, on local trips that do not start or end at Bristol Airport.
How can I find out if my bus is on time?
Most stops observed by the service are fitted with “real-time” information displays showing the expected arrival time of the next bus. Alternatively, you can view service times for your nearest stop and obtain actual departure times for the service at https://www.firstbus.co.uk/bristol-bath-and-west/plan-journey/next-bus/ .

Where can I buy my ticket?
You can buy your ticket in advance from this website and via First Groups mTickets mobile app or you can also pay on board.
Can I use my purchased ticket for onward travel on the First Network?
Flyer tickets include connecting travel on any First Bus onto/from the Airport Flyer at no additional cost.
For the A1 Flyer this includes all First Buses in the Bristol Zone and for the A3 Flyer this includes all buses in the Weston Zone.
Do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?
No, tickets can be purchased on the day of travel.

I purchased my ticket online. When will I receive my ticket?
When you have completed your booking, you will be e-mailed your booking confirmation. This e-mail will have your journey details as well as your unique booking reference number. This will be your e-ticket. Simply print this e-mail and hand it to a member of staff when boarding. Please keep your e-ticket for the duration of your journey.
What do I do if I have not received my ticket?
If you have pre-ordered your ticket on the Bristol Airport website but have not received it, please check all your email folders. Tickets can be re-sent on request by submitting an online form at https://www.bristolairport.co.uk/contact-and-help/contact-us.
Where possible, please contact us as soon as possible ahead of the date of travel so we can process your request in time for your journey.
Do I need to reserve my seat on the bus?
No, you do not need to reserve a seat. Buses run every 12 minutes most of the day.
What is the fare?
Bristol
Adults - £15.00 Return, £9.00 Single.
Children (5-15 years) - £9.00 Return, £6.00 Single.
Family Return - £25. Ticket price applies to 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years of age).
Students - £10.00 Return, £7.00 Single
Infants (0-5 years) travel free of charge.
Local fares are available for all customers between Hobbs Lane and Winford Grove/Bishopsworth Road stops, for travel to or from Bedminster and Bristol City Centre. These are: £3.30 Adult Single/£6.30 Adult 2-Trip, £2.50 Student Single/£3.00 Student 2-Trip, £1.00 Child Single/£1.80 Child 2-Trip. Normal airport fares apply for trips which include Airport Tavern and Fox & Goose stops.
Weston
Adults - £7.00 Return, £5.00 Single.
Children (5-15 years) - £5.00 Return, £4.00 Single.
Family Return - £20. Ticket price applies to 2 adults and 2 children (under 16 years of age).
Students - £5.00 Return, £4.00 Single
Infants (0-5 years) travel free of charge.
We only offer pre-booked tickets for journeys from Weston-super-Mare Centre, Worle Terminus and Congresbury.
Do students receive a discount?
Students are entitled to discounted fares on both services (Bristol: £10 Return & £7 Single, Weston: £5.00 Return & £4.00 Single) on production of valid photographic student identification. Any passengers travelling with a student ticket without one of the approved forms of ID will be liable to pay the full adult fare for their journey.
If I wish to book a return ticket, when must I return?
If you are booking a return ticket, your return date must fall within one calendar month (31 days). Should you wish to return on a date outside of this you should book two single tickets.
What currencies do you accept onboard?
We can only accept sterling currency for ticket sales, however, facilities to exchange foreign currency are available inside the Terminal building. Credit/debit cards are accepted on board and cash ATM facilities are available at the Airport and at Bristol Temple Meads station.
I wish to amend my booking - what do I do?
Bookings can be amended by contacting us via submitting an online form at https://www.bristolairport.co.uk/contact-and-help/contact-us, with the details of your required change including the name of the person the booking was made for and the original dates of travel. Where possible, please contact us at least 5 days before the original date of travel so we can process your amendments in time for your journey. Amendments cannot be made after the original date of travel.
I wish to cancel my booking - can I get a refund?
All advanced bookings are non-refundable, however we will amend bookings should you require new date of travel. Please contact us by submitting an online form at https://www.bristolairport.co.uk/contact-and-help/contact-us. Where possible, please contact us at least 5 days before the original date of travel so we can process your amendments in time for your journey. Amendments cannot be made after the original date of travel.
Tickets purchased on bus are non-refundable.
What is the journey time?
Bristol: Approximately 25 minutes to Temple Meads Railway Station and 35 minutes to the City Centre.
Weston: Approximately 30 minutes to Worle Terminus and 45 minutes to the Town Centre.
Can I reserve my seat?
All seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Is the Bristol Airport Flyer less frequent at weekends or bank holidays?
The Airport Flyer services operates a standard timetable throughout the year: https://flyer.bristolairport.co.uk/timetables.
The services do not operate on Christmas day.

What about my luggage?
All vehicles operating on the service have dedicated luggage racks on board, with space for larger, heavy items on the bottom, and smaller items such as hand luggage on higher shelves.
Can I take my bike on board?
Whilst effort will be made to accommodate the following bikes on board, as detailed, their carriage cannot be guaranteed.
Folding bicycles are permitted on board our buses, provided that they are stowed safely and that they do not block the aisles or access to seats. While we will make every effort to carry folding bicycles, there are instances when this may not be possible, including: (a) if there is insufficient space on the bus; or (b) if your folding bicycle is likely to make the inside of the bus or its seats dirty, and/or could cause discomfort to other Customers.
Due to space and safety considerations, standard non-folding bicycles cannot be carried inside our buses.
Are animals allowed on board?
With the exception of assistance dogs (i.e. Guide and Hearing dogs), animals are prohibited, and will not be permitted on the service.
What if the coach breaks down or is held up on the way to the airport?
We recognise that there are occasions when things can go wrong that are completely beyond our control. We will try our best to get you to the airport but we ultimately cannot be responsible for any consequential loss incurred. It is imperative you allow plenty of time before your check in, to allow for unforeseen delays. We recommend you check with your airline for details on when to arrive at the Airport.
What if the bus is full?
On occasion, at peak times buses may fill up and passengers may have a short wait for the next vehicle. Additional provisions will be made as required.
Can I use the Bristol Airport Flyer to connect to rail and bus networks?
Yes, Flyer services stop at Rail stations (Bristol Temple Meads, Parson Street, Weston-super-Mare and Worle) and Bus Stations (Bristol Bus Station and Worle Bus Interchange) for onward Rail and Bus connections. Through tickets for onward rail connections for passengers arriving in to the Airport can be purchased on this website https://www.bristolairport.co.uk/to-and-from-the-airport/by-rail/.
What age restrictions apply to Child fares?
The Child Fare applies to any person aged 5 to 15 years of age inclusive. Accompanied infants aged 0 to 4 years of age inclusive travel free of charge. Children under 14 years MUST be accompanied by an Adult aged 16 years or over.

Are the vehicles wheelchair accessible?
All vehicles on the service are wheelchair accessible and most scheduled stops on the service are fitted with raised kerbs to allow easy boarding for any passengers with restricted mobility. All our buses have a dedicated area for wheelchair users. Further information about accessibility can be found here:
Are discounts available for local residents?
Subsidised travel on the A1 and A3 Flyer Express services between Bristol Airport, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare is available to residents living permanently in the following postcodes: BS40, BS41 8, BS48, BS49 BS29 or BS25.
